This job came in with an audio problem for me to check.  I realized quickly the shop that had done the repair took the easy way out.  The aging sound system needed an upgrade of its old components.  A new Blaupunkt Toronto receiver fit the classic lines  in the dash.  A set of premium four channel audio cables and a Diamond Audio amplifier rounded out the component upgrade.  New 4g power and ground cables were also installed.

Careful removal of the interior including the passenger seat allowed routing of the cable from the front to the rear.  After reassembly of the vehicles interior final connections of the amplifier were made.  Tuning of the four speaker set up with new audio gear resulted in fantastic sound.  This convertible is now ready to keep the top dropped and the volume turned up!
