2009 VW R32, RS-250-EDPB Remote Start Install

  Over the years I’ve done quite a few Volkswagen installations.  While most shops turn down working on European cars.  Thomas Shafer of Blossom Installations turns out high quality reliable remote starting systems and audio and video upgrades for this difficult group of vehicles.  This is my second remote start for two VW’s for this customer.  The first VW a Jetta was done two years ago.  She is now sporting this cool R32.  An Excalibur RS-250-EDPB with Blade technology was utilized to complete the install.  With no actually software information for an R32 I had to piece together VW software to find one that works along with finding the wiring using meters since no wiring information was available either.  Once both were found the installation was completed and the car delivered to its owner.
